Risk of updating to 8.1 from the dev preview?

Apparently the Metro PCS 521 got cyan rolling out today, although my phone update thing hasn't shown the new update yet. While I wait, are they any risks from going to 8.1 from the 8.1 preview?

I went from preview 8.1 to 8.1 cyan on my l920 with no issues.

Lumia 521 Metro PCS user here. I went from 8.1 developer preview to Cyan with no issues. Hope you get that update soon!

Went from the problematic DP8.1/GDR. (whatever) here to Cyan on a 521 and a 925 from T-mobile and have been oh-so-happy!
I'm so glad to be off the developer preview...
