RM-1045 works 100% with AT&T minus LTE?

I apologize if this is redundant, I've just seen various things from people with no specifics. My concern before ordering one is will these three features (and others I'm not thinking of) work as of right now?

Internet sharing
MMS

I have all of them associated with my account and working right now, so if I bought an RM-1045 I want to be sure the only thing I'm giving up carrier-wise is LTE. Thanks.

I believe you are spot on.

My 920 behaves like an int'l (well, French) 920 and it gets all those and ATT support tells me that those should function properly on unlocked non-ATT phones.
Worst case scenario you need to flip some switches, but eh, you shouldn't need to.
