It's situations like this why I wish MS would just have an update system that doesn't require updates to go through carriers. Have the OEMs test the updates themselves and once the green light is given just send it out to everyone.

I'm sure if it was that easy they would have done it by now. That's how Microsoft originally planned it with WP7, but as we saw the carriers became the hindrance.

Now just read that Verizon went from "waiting for approval" to "coming soon" and now "available" within not even a 24h period.....

C'MON ROGERS....you've been at the "coming soon" stage for the past 5 days now!!!!!

It has taken 20 minutes exactly until first reboot, it is still installing I'm at the spinning gears stage

Angry Birds Roost installed
App highlights installed
Any of the "Here" apps that you didn't have will reinstall

Data Sense installed

Settings:
- Call + SMS filter
Yay, can now block numbers
- Display + touch
color profile added
double tap
etc.

Yeah please post your results, want to check hows the performance. I have flashed the Euro Dev so would switch only if the performance is better or similar.

Um, wow... Update was downloading and reached around 30% on my phone. Then, all of a sudden, I got an error message saying "The update couldn't be downloaded" and there was some number/letter combo code along with it. Retrying. :-/ I got GDR2/Amber on my 810 last week with zero problems.
