ROM flashing

I've heard about flashing LTE roms onto unlocked devices. How do you do that?

ROM flashing is indeed a thing, but if you're thinking of flashing another ROM onto your phone that makes it do LTE when it didn't before, I think you're out of luck. (its almost strictly hardware based)

Depends on the device and radio configuration. But more importantly, are there devs cooking ROMs for your particular device?
