Russian adoption of Windows Phone

My game downloads are picking up, but mostly in Russia. The game isn't specifically targeted at Russians and is (mostly) in English text, so I was wondering what the appeal was.

I'm seeing over 40% of of all sessions coming from Russia.

Does the Russian market really account for 40% of the total, or do Russians just really love saving patients from infections!?

Are any other developers seeing this sort of market behaviour?

Hey,

looks like they like your game . I don't have a single percent of downloads from Russians. Its roughly 0.2% . Seems like the won't enjoy the world cup or just using another app.
