Sad face with blue screen wp8.1

HI GUYS,
i have been using wp8.1 dev preview since the update released....
until now, i didn't encountered any errors...

But today...
i switched off my phone and when i switched it on, first it displayed the Nokia Logo
then a blue screen came with a sad smiley on it

Have you tried a reset with the volume down and power button combination? Someone recently posted about this, I think for a Lumia 820. I'm pretty sure they found a solution to the problem.

Hi there i had the same problem as you. I went to Nokia customer service and had a chat with one of the Customer service representative. They gave me a link to the Nokia software recovery tool and i downloaded it and just followed the instructions . It fixed my problem.

You definitely need to reset your phone!
