I cant update WP 8.1 to my phone. It is with some engineer rom. Phone is I8750XXALI9 and CSC is I8750ATOALI9. WP 8 is OSversion: 8.0.9900.568 and firmwareversion: 2424.12.09.9. When is start phone, it exist text: "no for resale". How I can clear this situation?

you cant do nothing about it, bring back the phone to the seller and ask for refund or send it to Samsung, maybe they will refund you because your phone is just a test/presentation device. I saw this problem on this forum maybe use the search function
