Screen Flashes During YouTube Video

This weekend I was watching a YouTube video (probably for the first time) on my 640 and after a short period of time the screen started flashing. It was over WiFi and had the video full screen.
Has anybody had this problem?
Does anybody have any idea what it might be?

Will do. Didn't think of that. Wasn't sure if this was a hardware problem that people have encountered.

I am suffering with this issue after the update of 15063.297. Then i roll back to win aniversary update via 8.1 . Can you plw tell me that the problem is fixed now or what?

The problem is still there, lowering the taskbar fixes it temporarily.
