Sorry about beating a dead horse if this post or thread exist, but I didn't see it.

So here's the burnin' question. I was able to only succesfully do "screen shot" 1 time on my 928. Did the pressing of the microsoft middle button and On/Off button and ends up turning off my phone. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Yes, I am pressing both at the same time.

I find that it works best if you start by pressing the power button and after feeling the button bottom out, then press the home soft key. It's a quick action, but you're not depressing them at the same time. Works every time for me this way on the 920.

I'll second withat Justin249 said. Start by holding the power button down, then hit the Windows key. It shoud work every time. Since it takes several seconds of holding the power button down before you activate the shutdown pull down screen, you have plenty of time to hit the Windows key.
