Just a FYI but if you go to the Windows device manager (same process as in other version of Windows, you can actually call up the SD drive properties and switch policies from optimize for quick removal to optimize for performance. In my case, I do not intend to be swapping cards in and out so optimizing for performance is my preferred setting.....
