First off, this is definitely not a software problem. It is a hardware problem.
The search button on my Nokia Lumia 1520 only comes on if I press very hard on the button of the phone or attempt to bend it (to be clear, it is not bending).
I've seen other threads discussing capacitive buttons not lighting up, but that is always software based. Has anyone taken a Lumia phone apart to fix something like this? If so, what should I do? Thanks.
