section of screen is unresponsive - from top to bottom Lumia Icon
This just started happening recently out of the blue, and I first noticed this when I was typing on my keyboard. I wasn't able to type the letter "d", it would instead select both "s" and "f", as if I was using two fingers to select them at the same time. Then I started noticing that I couldn't select the "filter by" dropdown on Groove, as well as sliding my finger across the screen to get to the app list from the home screen, as my finger passed right in line where the other two elements are on the screen, it would stop sliding over as I passed the "dead" section, then continue as I moved passed it. I have no idea why I have a line, or column of dead, unresponsive screen. Oh, I'm also on the latest build of the W10M release, and I've tried Soft-resetting, to no avail. I've yet to try hard-resetting, but would rather not go there if I don't have to.
