Older people like my mom would snap it up if it's bundled. I would also push this device in AARP magazines.

It's not a bad idea, but I see possible confusion with what an unlocked phone means. They would have to be clear that it will only work with GSM carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile and their mnvos.

It would be a disaster for people to buy a phone and then be mad that it probably wouldn't work with Verizon.

Seriously, are people really so stupid they can't distinguish which phones will and work on their network, even if its right there when they are purchasing it? Isn't America supposed to be the most advanced country on earth yet companies have to be wary that their buyers really cant do such a simple task? Goodness me!!!

Lol. It's just that a good number of people in America are not familiar with the idea of unlocked phones. Some of them are used to going to their carrier to buy a phone, so unlocked phones are rarely a concern. Even though you can buy iPhones unlocked, the number of people that go to their carrier to order the new iPhone is a lot, when not as many buy an unlocked version (the iPhone is just an example).

On HSN you had to choose the carrier then it took you to the carriers MNVO's. I kinda know it will be on Cricket, and a At&T Go phone.
