Windows Central Question

I have created a form in Adobe Acrobat that will allow my friends to lets our group when they could be available for activities each month. The form itself works fine.

My problem is if I send them the form, I would like a simple way for them to fill it out and email it back to me for viewing.

Our group has various levels of computer skills. Does anyone have a simple solution.

1. I have tried to send it directly from Acrobat Reader, but it takes many steps to send it. Some group members have scanners, some don't.

2. I have tried to attach it to an email, but it, again, takes a lot of steps. This group is primarily seniors and we know what that means.

Thanks for any suggestions
