Okay here is how i fixed it (Lumia 1320)

View attachment 86239

1- Remove your SIM Card
2- Remove your SD Card
3- Use the phone normally till The phone's battery 0%
4- Leave the phone with 0% for about 30 Minutes
5- In case of lumia 1320 Unplug the Battery From the board , Others just remove the battery
6- Plugin the battery charger , Or better charge it via your Laptop Or Desktop pc
7- When the battery reaches 50% remove the charged
8- Wait 3-5 minutes .. then do a soft-reset
9- Check your battery saver to see the ETA
10- Charge your phone to 100% + 10 minutes for the next 3 recharge times
11- Do another soft-reset ..
12- Turn on location service !! ( it's odd i know , but when closed the battery drained for me )
13- Place back both of your SD Card + SIM Card
14- MAKE SURE .. to move the daily use apps to your phone not to your SD Card

That's all .. my battery fixed just like that
I tried the above steps, the battery saver was showing 1day 15hrs ETA when i charged my phone to 100% at night. But today when i woke up in the morning my phone was OFF.
The battery drained completely. But i guess there was little improvement.
I'll try it again.
I think Denim will sort both my problems.Waiting for Denim desperately.

Make sure no apps were running in the background
