Setting a default email address

Hey I was wonder if anyone has worked out how to set a default email and contact number on 8.1 as I have a few contacts with multiple numbers and address.
I did this on my 8 but after the upgrade either I have forgotten how or its changed. Help please

Are you referring to your default email address or the default email address of your contact?

Setting a default for one of my contacts
