Setting : Storage: SAVE APP IN NEW LOCATION IS INACTIVE

Dear Friends

I have problem , I wanted to change my Save Location from C: to my flash card which is added to my device but I cant do this because , the option is inactive although this option is active for Documents, Music , etc.

Would you please guide me how can I solve this problem?
