Just updated to 14939.1000 FR Insider and battery life has improved noticeably.

I do not have stats, just experience. If I leave my map on with gps (navigation) it's done in about 6 hours.
No use - about 2-3 days.
Normal use - about a day.

With this firmware VoLTE is enabled.

As of the latest build for (non preview) battery drains super fast. No more full day usage. Usually at 20-30% by 5pm on minimal usage eg: 1 or 2 calls..a bit of web browsing..a game or two and messaging. Maybe the occasional 1 or two photo taking. Didn't improve the volume as well for watching videos and drains even faster when watching a video.

How & when did you get .45008 ? WDRT or OTA? I have .45005 in my L930.

I get the .ffu file and flashed my phone.

The difference between 45005 and 45008 is not so much, most cases difference in country specific apps.
Until now I am satisfied with this FW (45008)
The battery drain is less…and…and…

In my Icon lumia, I'm lucky if the battery holds out the full day.
I currently use it with the battery saving mode from 100% and the update of mails every 2 hours and allows me to have a day of normal use.
Normal day: Most of the time connected to WIFI, little time in LTE, web browsing, whatsapp, instagram, etc.

With WP8.1 it used to keep more tan a day with normal usage, now with W10 I have to charge it once a day, or sometimes more if I give an intensive usage.
