Should I be able to use Device Recovery Tool on 950 XL?

After setting up my Lumia 950 XL I decided to reset it. Apparently when I added my work account, the settings mandated BitLocker be turned on. So now when I try to start the phone it goes to a BitLocker screen and won't go past. I saw online that I should be able to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to fix this but I get a message saying the package isn't available yet for it. Does that mean it doesn't have what it needs for this phone and it should be released soon?

I have the same problem you do. I assume/hope there will be a package released for the XL soon.
