Should i get unlocked fuze?

Hi,
I currently have t-mobile but will be switching to at&t once my contract is up. I was thinking about buying an unlocked htc fuze from ebay but wasn't sure if once I use it for t-mobile, if it will work for at&t. Also, do you know of any cool apps stores for the fuze?
