I have a crazy question; Has anybody figured out how to change the text from white to black? If you are using a light wallpaper, sometimes the text gets lost.

Here's my start screen. I've had it for more then two years plus (since the L1520 was release and now I have it on my 950XL). I've changed it a few times but always came back to this. Some might say it's over kill but it's works well for me.

Tried to edit, and deleted whole post by accident.

I edited my original lock screen image to remove the tag line from my lock screen text.

The editor I used squished the background image, took me a while to resize everything to an acceptable final product.

That's the start screen, the weather tile is "Amazing Weather HD" and I used "Empty Tiles" app to create the empty tiles - transparency set to 100

Very nice! But tell me, does this in any way impact battery life or how smooth (or otherwise) the phone operates?
