shows sad simley on screen. what should i do???

i installed windows 10 from insider, but due to so many issues i was factory resting my lumia 630 but it did not completely reset but it showes sad simley on screen and the phone is not working or even hard reset is also not working!!! what should i do????:unhappysweat: please do help

Actual a hard reset should work for a sad smiley but be sure your phone is charged or better keep it on the charger.

if the hard reset won't work try the lumia or Microsoft recovery tool.
