Sideloading Apps on Windows 10149

Hey guys, I don't seem to be able to sideload an app from my SD card, I did download an app (6tag: because I get an error every time I try to download it from the store on my phone) on my PC then copied it to my SD card, but I can't find the "install app from SD card in the store" in the store's option, help?

There is an option under developers' settings submenu but unfortunately side loading not working in the current build, it is well known issue and there is nothing you can do...

Thank you, I guess I'll have to stick with the Instagram beta app, and hope for this to be solved in the next build.
