Since installing Windows 10 (2 days) CPU is constantly at 100, how can I stop this process?

Windows Central Question

Since installing Windows 10 (2 days) CPU is constantly at 100%

There is a process running IAStorDataSvc that consumes > 50% of all CPU and is slowing down my PC. Please tell me how I can rid of this process!
