One thing I took for granted (or my misunderstanding) was coming in Windows Core OS and not many seem to talk about is a Windows tablet that will wake up to incoming VOIP calls.
I bought a Lenovo Miix630 not just because of the always connected, instant on and battery life... It's cool that I could turn on mobile hotspot on it and share it's LTE while it was in my backpack... But it doesn't "ring" when I'm trying to call the VOIP number assigned to it. It does go nuts with notifications when I fully wake it though
So should it be able to wake now and my issue is a software limitation with the softphone I'm using or is that what Windows lite/core os will enable? Or is it simply not on the radar?
