Skype App does not work properly on Windows phone

I have few questions to team Microsoft,
1, Do you have any idea about your products and its proper development ?
2, Who is the owner of Windows Phones and Skype ?
The famous chat network Skype which is owned by Microsoft doesn't work properly on Microsoft windows phones. How pathetic it is ? It is being 6 months that we have been facing it. When will you plan to fix it ?

Skype on Windows 10 Mobile works completely without any problems.
Windows Phone 8.x support has been terminated.

I think Lumia 535 should be upgradable to W10M Anniversary update. Just go to Settings-->Update and make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network or else the update won't download.

I got the update notification and I clicked on the download button, but the download not progressing. Still showing it as 0% after an hour. I have good speed internet connection, but the download is not responding properly! What should I do on this context ?

I got the update by using Upgrade Adviser. I upgraded to OS version 1607. And the most happiest thing is that I got a newest version of Skype on my phone, it has included all the features like in their desktop version. Thank you guys for the help and support.

On my Lumia 730 DS the ringtone for Skype is too low, I cannot hear it.
