Slow LTE Data?

Hey

I'm having a problem with my phone having very bad data speeds. It's the HTC One M8 for Verizon (Windows).
I've had a couple problems having any internet at all, but when it does work, it's really slow (~4Mbps)
In comparison to this, my Lumia 925 on ATT gets about 40Mbps.

Has anyone had this issue? I *just* did a hard reset and it's still the same...

Maybe it's the network? You tried your sim on different LTE device?

I guess I'm just surprised that Verizon would be that bad :/
