Slow recognizing of headphones on Windows Phone 8.1 Update Preview for Developers

Hello,
I'm not sure what is it, but if I connect the headphones to the phone, the phone takes a while to realize that it has connected headphones. Something about 3 seconds. Before that the recognising was fast. I have a Windows Phone 8.1 Update Preview for Developers.
Does anyone have the same issue?

Can I ask what type of connection?
Is it Bluetooth or wired?

Which phone are you having trouble with?
Are the headphones full sized, portable?
Are these headphones advertised for iDevices or generic?

It is a wired headphones and I'm having this issue with all types of wired headphones.
