Slow sd card writing speed in lumia 640 windows 10 mobile

After upgrading to windows10 mobile the sd card writing has become terribly bad it hangs the phone when transferring data from pc and the sharing app like share.it zapya can't receive in max writing speed. But before in win8.1 everything was working good without any problems. Anyone else having the same problem. Pleases suggest a solution.

First a soft reset, hoping phone will start asking a check.

Then, put that card in a laptop sd reader and make a deep check using Windows.

Win10 needs minimum a X10 card

Ok, last thing before replacing it is saving all pics video and music on pc then format card (not the "fast format" option)
