Smartwatch options?

Hello!
I currently own a Pebble Time and a Huaweii Watch.
I know there aren't apps in the windows store for them, and the only thing stopping me from switching to a windows phone is that I'd loose my smartwatches.
However, I've heard some people have been able to get Android apps onto their windows phone. Would this work to get the android wear and pebble time apps onto a Windows phone?

Welcome to Windows Central.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to install Android apps on Windows 10 Mobile. Microsoft ended their project many months ago.

So you'll need to stay with Android to use your smartwatches at this time.
