SMS/ Txts received time is different?

the time on my phone is the normal time, but when someone sends me a msg, the time is different, how do i change this ? the time would be 10pm and the time that it got sent to me would be 3pm....

where are they sending it from the same time zone as where you are?

Are you in Canada? It depends on how the carrier timestamp the SMS. Seems to be especially bad with Rogers/Fido Canada.
