So do we lose Nokia's Settings

I did a reset of the phone after the update. Naturally I would lose Extras+info, display, touch, Call+sms settings.
The questions is, will these settings be available for download?

P.S : Just Noticed that the store is horribly down.

It would automatically update those apps+settings, or if you have trouble use sysapp pusher
