Well the digitizer is $53ish + shipping, the whole assembly with the LCD and digitizer is $250. I've gotten the phone torn apart to the just the assembly. There is no easy way to remove the digitizer, as it seems its fused with the LCD, which means I'm going to try and separate it like you would an S3. I just gotta get another heat gun, my wife's hair dryer barely got the adhesive off the battery.
