Hey everyone......lets do something a bit different. You all got a Lumia right? Well....lets hear what you did with your old phone. I am talking destruction? Personally I stabbed my HTC wildfire to death with a screw driver. Lets hear your stories and pics and vids would be a bonus.

No, you are right no problem with the post. I would have love to share my experience however, Nokia Lumia 520 is my first phone.

920 technically my first phone with service, but before that...
Hmm, they've been sold or traded. although I still keep my Treo around.

no intentional destruction here!

I bought a 1520 and own Galaxy Note 2. I use 1520 for pictures. Galaxy Note for work. WP lacks lots of things. So considering how slow WP is going, it'll take a long while before I can afford the luxury of stabbing any non WP device. I need lots of apps and functions WP simply doesn't have. May buy a BB passport or a galaxy note 4.

Traded in my Lumia Icon to T-Mobile and got the Lumia 635. Downgrade, I know, but I was tired of paying $100+ just for one line. The 635 is a nice budget phone and does everything I need it to. Plus I'm rocking WP8.1 and Cyan :)

I usually keep my old phones, just to have them. It is nice to see them every once in a while for nostalgic times. Then there was a cheap android phone I bought, I disassembled it to see what was inside just for learning purposes.

I bought my first smartphone Feb 2013, a Lumia 520. Bought another Lumia 720 May 2013. 520 went to my brother. Bought a Lumia 1520 last Thursday. 720 went to my brother, 520 to my mother because she always steal our Lumias to play games. LOL

I have my Omnia 7 and HTC 8X in a cupboard. I was going to eBay them, but never got around to it.

That's the same cupboard where my Surface 1 is.

When I buy myself a new phone, my 820 will never be destroyed. I'm going to keep it in a safe place.

My Iphone 3G ended up dying due to lead poisoning at a private gun range :)

My LG F6 ended up 6 feet underwater in the lake behind my house (it was that bad). I naturally made sure the battery was disposed of properly before dumping the phone. Wouldn't wan't the wildlife to suffer from Android poisoning.

My next Android, another god-awful LG, ended up smashed by a hammer in a fit of fury after the thing froze on me for the 7th or 8th time.

My Nokia 520 is permanently retired in my box of mementos, as I want to keep it around to remind me once in a while how much I enjoyed it, and it may be cool to show people 20 or 30 years in the future the primitive cellphones we had to put up with back in the day.

out of topic?

I still have my Nokia N900 packed away and my Lumia 900 still gets charged on regular occasions and my HTC HD7, I sold that to my brother. My current Lumia is a 920...and I don't yet see a replacement for it.

I kept my galaxy note note to use for apps that Windows phone 8.1 falls short on. Microsoft needs to seriously catch up with Google and Apple or Windows phone will end up l like Atari and Intellivision. I have a Lumia 1520 and I'm working really hard to be impressed. It makes a great camera.

I gave my "Galaxy Gio" to my cousin, took it back, then destroyed it ^_^
BUT I will not do that to my 720 because it has a special place in my heart ❤
