software license info lost after Win10 installed

I have a Toshiba L75D-A7283; since I updated to Windows 10, I get the following error message on startup:

AMD Quick Steam Error ---- The license information to use this software is not found

Is this important to try to fix? Sorry I don't know alot about computers!! Thanks in advance!
