[Solved L635] sad face?

hey i got my lumia 635 a week ago love the phone
anyway one night it went flat i went to charge it then this blue background came on with a sad face like this

everytime it would do that, taking battery out back in same thing. i did sort it out with doing a hard reset Volume up. Volume down
Power
Volume down etc. lumia has been working fine for a few days now. i just wanna know you guys know what would have caused this?
dont really want it to happen again!

with it only being a week old I would personally take it back and get a new one , but thats just me.

Just a update did not get a replacement. Been running great since then.
