I'm going to buy a new WP phone, currently I own a Lumia 800 and I need a WP8 phone.

My questions:

- How good is the camera in Lumia 920 (photos and videos)?
- Compared to Lumia 810/820... how much better is L920?
- What about bugs and performance?
- Is there any "better" WP8 phone?

Thanks!

Do you care about carrier, because there is 925 and 928 now.

920 camera is good, not amazing. IOS is excellent on video. There are inherent battery issues in WP8 which I'm hoping will be fixed in GDR2. Maybe wait a few weeks?

Thanks, I'm from Mexico and 925/928 are not available yet.

Compared to another WP8 Lumia phones (not including 925/928) is the 920 the best camera?

The camera on the 920 is awesome. You will absolutely love it. I'm constantly finding myself shooting landscape type pics, which I never, ever used to do.

Having come from an 810, I have to say that the 920 is even better. Okay, I do prefer the lighter weight of my 810 and the AMOLED screen versus the 920's IPS, but it's a great trade-up. You get the better camera, extra storage space and of course Storage Check, which so many people with the 810 (me included) have been begging for to help keep your phone's "Other" at a limit.

Generally, I don't find many bugs in the phone. Performance is fluid in general. Certain apps might have hiccups once in awhile, but that's normal with any phone OS.

I don't think there's really any "better" WP out there right now. Maybe the 925, but it's not out yet in all markets. Certainly can't go wrong with a 920. Hope that helps.

Wow, thanks! The only one thing I would like is SD support, but well, I can live without it xD

What about the sound? form speaker and headphones.

I wasnt expecting the audio capabilities to be anything special but i gotta say im very impressed overall. The speakers are excellent, super loud and very clear (no muffling at peak level). Headphones sound very good as well, in addition you can adjust the EQ for headphones (not sure why its limited to plugin but whatever). Audio wise the phone is on the higher spectrum of quality.

yea, the media is making the HTC one sound like its speaker audio is amazing........it really isn't that much better than the 920's output to be honest.

Sound is great, crystal clear. I was just on the phone with a friend and was using speaker. Had to put the volume down from 10 to 6. It's great through a headset, too. Only thing I can't really speak about is using a standard set of earphones to talk on the phone with the 920 because something happened with mine once when I was on the phone with a friend on my 810 and she suddenly could no longer hear me. But otherwise, it should be fine.

Ok, thanks to all.

A last question: How good (or bad) is Whatsapp? The only issue in my Lumia 800 is messages arrive too late. Is the same for Windows Phone 8? and some issues with location function too.
