Someone else may be using your account.. BLAH!

Ok, so I get a message "someone else may be using your account" (I know not true, just my phone and a Win8 PC) so, it says "I'll send you a text message.
It sends the text message.
Click text message to get the # it sends.
Hit back to go back and input the #..
Black screen.

I now can't update or move past this to update apps on my phone. WTF.

This is after the portico update.

U need to do it from a PC,then do a soft reset
