Someone logged into my MS account, what to do now?

Someone successfully logged into my account, I can see it in my Recent Activity history in my MS account. Microsoft can't say what, if anything, was downloaded.

I don't know how this happened. I have a complex password, and 2 factor enabled.

Should I be worried?

We'll if someone has access they got your emails, contacts etc? Have you changed your security and password since? Also consider moving accounts
