I performed a speedtest on my 928 today. Wifi was 12.5 mbps (this is the max I pay for) and 22.5 mbps on Verizon LTE. I thought this was pretty impressive.
This is my first 4G phone, so I don't know how this compares to other phones or to other carriers.

Depending on the time of day and region your 4G LTE speeds will differ. Where I am I consistently get 40down on LTE, as compared to my wifi which barely burps out 3down. However, I've seen my LTE dip to 15 or even 12 on some days. I imagine as more people get 4G phones, the more congested the network will become. Verizon's 3G network is atrocious... so maybe a couple years down the road that -may- happen to it's 4G network, however unlikely it may be.

I've intermittently used my 4G connection as my primary home internet due to its amazing speeds and reliability. Latency is also relatively low with Verizon. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, carrier in the US.

Agreed that speeds may not improve, but if there is greater capacity, it would be less prone to congestion and fluctuations in usage.

We have outstanding LTE coverage in my area (New Orleans, LA) I can get up to ~60mbps. I only get around 20mbps on wifi... lol

I would like to mention that I get strong LTE signal in areas where my sister's iPhone5, wife's Razr and dad's DNA get NOTHING. So far so good! Call quality could be better though...
