Spotlight not changing photos

I hadn't noticed this until recently. My spotlight images have not been changing at all. It's stuck on some sea picture with a boat.

How can I get it to work again? I regularly use my surface 3 with about 3-5 hours of use per day on wifi.

OS at the moment is 10586.420

Any solutions I can try?

Download the Dynamic Theme app from the Store. It allows you to use daily Bing photos for you desktop and Spotlight for lock screen. You can manually download both, if desired.

I think it started to work again yesterday- keeping it under observation for now
