Start and lock screen background picture won't work, how can I get it working?

start and lock screen background picture won't work

recently updated my lumia 930 to w10 but i can't get the start screen background picture to work in personalisation. My mate has the same model and his has worked, but mine won't, it doesnt show on the preview or on the start screen its self. has anyone had the same issue or can anyone help.

that's more likely a win 10 bug, as you reported your mate hasn't faced it but you do so frankly speaking he dodged the bug but your device didn't , i suggest you hard reset your device and update all the apps.

hard reset has proven to solve such minor bugs
