Still grey thumbnail appears in Photo hub after Amber installed

Yeah I have this issue as well. Happened on my Lumia 800 too. If you really want the thumbnail, you can remove the folder and add it again. I think it happens when you delete something from that folder, particularly if the picture was the thumbnail, but it doesn't seem limited to that.

I too have this problem. And it does encourage me to just upload to Facebook rather than SkyDrive.
