Still got the update problem on my Nokia 930 in the Netherlands.
Tried it again just a minute ago.
Storage free is 21GB.
I use the Vodafone network.
What to do?

We wont get rid from this problem. Microsoft confirmed that we must downgrade for hassle free update.
