Stop External HD window pop-up at log-in

Whenever I log into Windows 10 I get a pop-up window for external hard drives. I haven't been able to find the actual name for it, so I've attached a screen grab.



I'm not sure if this is a Windows pop-up or another program's pop-up. Under device settings (on this window) I uncheck 'Open device window when connected" - not sure if that refers to this window, if it does, it still pops up.

Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: Almost immediately after posting this I realized it was a 'doubletwist' menu. Not sure how I over looked that.
