Storage app issues, 10581 on Lumia 640.

I did a Full Reset last night on my 640 to try to correct some issues with accounts in W10m, while those were fixed, a new issue with Storage came up. "Phone" is no longer listed in the Storage app and the name of the SD card is garbled characters, something different each time I open the app actually. Also, the dropdowns to choose which storage device to use for downloads, apps, etc. have no options in them. Everything appears to be saving to my SD card though.

That's an issue with the build. Unfortunately you have to wait for next build to rectify it.

Exactly as Rakesh Rocky2 says. It is a known issue that was reported in the blog introducing the build.

Gabe Aul has stated that the issue has been fixed in the next build, but we're still waiting on the build. I have a feeling it may be tomorrow.

Similar problems here, but to take it a step further, I couldn't update the Windows Insider app, so I tried uninstall then install again. Now it won't install fresh, so I may be left out of the next build unless I roll back to 8.1, so that I can reinstall Insider. Thoughts?

Yes, this happens to me on my 640XL... Now some of the app won't install/update and complaining about it has to be install on the phone instead....
