Storage Check Missing on 635?

Was comparing my Lumia 521 settings to my new Lumia 635 and noticed the storage check is missing amongst other settings? Aswell as the option to put battery saver on the short cut drop down menu...

I guess the new Lumias released with WP 8.1 don't have it bcos of the introduction of Storage sense.
