Store Not opening

Hi guys after updating to Build 14959 my store keeps crushing and at times can't even open it keeps sending me back to my start screen .I've tried a soft reset but won't even help

Any ideas ?

another new build 14965 has rolled out for fast ring insiders, download and install that should fix this issue.
