It is working fine for me.

Oh boy. I want to hard reset to deal with storage issues but I can't without my app list... I tried App Reinstaller but of course it can't see my apps either. I suppose I could call Microsoft

I got into a chat session with MS Support; my chat person said this is a known issue, she needed to escalate it to the "senior team", and I would hear back by email in 2-3 days.

Well 3 weeks and 3 chat sessions later and never an email. But it looks like they got it fixed.
