Straight Talk and 1020

Do I need to unlock the phone in order to use it on Straight Talk? I wasn't sure since Straight Talk is using ATT's Towers. I was planning on buying the phone out right if that matters.

If you buy the AT&T sim card of straight talk, you don't need to unlock your Lumina 1020.
I am using the 920 on straight talk and soon will be a proud owner of the 1020.
